We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

1.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing may take longer during peak periods.

1.3 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use Canada Post and other trusted carriers.

Canada: 3–9 business days after dispatch

United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

1.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free-shipping promotions will be announced on our website.

1.5 Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

1.6 Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for carrier delays or losses.

within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you must contact us for approval before sending anything back.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

These can only be replaced or refunded if damaged or defective.

2.3 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. A trackable method is recommended.

Refunds

3.1 Refund Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3.2 Damaged or Defective Items

A clear photo of the item and packaging
We will provide a replacement or refund.

3.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider. If still unresolved, contact us.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after ordering .
